All Out strike

Billy and Dave are doing us proud, and so are all of us who stand up for what is right , fair, and what we know and believe.

If they called it....an "all out strike" would you support it?

We have come this far maby we would not need it...but can we trust the managemnt of RM?? can we trust the Goverment ?

We can trust each other, and what we all know is going on throughout the country ,that affects us in our working lifes

Lets hope we don't go there, However I would be happy to loose a weeks wage in the short term

for our job security, pay, customer service, in the long term

Careful Boyz Careful you talk of All out and mention you would walk for a week, well if it got to an all out phase you maybe talking alot more than one week. We are supporting the cause at the mo with fine valor. But there are many that simply would not be able to do this. So for now lets hope that the two sides agree that we "The UNion" " The EMployees" let them know we mean buisness. This should be enough for Royal Mail to meet us on some common grounds and negotiate.

if it went to an all out strike it would last a week then the strike breaking would go up massively, RM would win and the ones left on the gate would be fu**ed . It's a big no no, of course unless it is the very final straw and if it got that far I think it would be the end of royal mail anyway.

I don't think any of us could afford to be all out, losing 1 or 2 days wages,hurt as it is,we could probably survive, but for a whole week, or maybe a month, one thing for sure we would need to find temp employment, as how the hell would you survive without any money coming into your house, remember 1971

jeezo,All out is alright if your 18 and staying at home with yer mum and dad but not when youve got a mortgage,nursery fees, children, council tax,etc and dont do overtime due to family commitments. Its hard enough trying to find extra cash for christmas without losing your main income. Sorry lads but I'm quite happy with the unions thinking on this strike. MC one day DO next etc etc.

I am new on here but I would go out for a week sure i also have a mortgage and family to keep but i have a gutsfull of how we have been treated and the fact that royal mail managment think they can keep walking over us every single time.

Got to say no , we would lose public support (which is very important) , and you would have just as many going in as being on the picket line , carry on as we are , with christmas coming RM will start to get twitchy. Patience is the key
