More Strikes Coming...

Post by Destroyer »

The rumour doing the round is Monday the 9th November starting on deliveries running through to Mail Centres later the next day. If this is true then this is sure to create the biggest backlog of mail so far. (Long Weekend Delivery Staff  :dance )

You do not get paid on your day off, so not paid but neither do you lose a days pay

Would a tactic of calling off proposed strikes about 48h before. be a canny tactic? whilst still
booking strike for following week.
i know theres some rule about having to strike within a certain time or have to re-ballot but wouldn't it be nice to
use Croziers 30,000 against him? hes got to find work for them even casuals don't like being laid off.
two weeks of that and then crank it up a notch with a double ie deliveries 48h distribution 48h etc.
:hmmmm
