TO ALL DELIVERY STAFF

Please can you remember wilst you are on strike on saturday and a mail centre van turn's up to let him through as we have already been on strike we don't wont this to go unoffical as rm would like

same as mail centers need to let drivers from delivery office's through on thursday............

Moved from News into Union Room - it fits better in there.

It also a very good reminder - lets control this action and not allow RM to call the shots as they would wish to.

At our m/c we've only got a line to see who goes in we stepped aside for all do vans and any other vans no pressure and that will be the same in the morning :cuppa :cuppa

At our picket line when i see the van approaching the office i move everyone clear of the gate and into a side car-park.

This in my eyes is were the union have it wrong can you imagine what these drivers feel like crossing a picket line regardless of whether they have allready taken there I/A it beggars belief.

Totally agree i had to drive through last friday even though i get on great with the lads at d/o and they stepped aside in 21 years at rm this is the first time i have had to cross our own picket line my stomach was in bits but we have to stay offical or play into there hands :cfo :wave
