Lainey - nothing was meant by me posting the above - however new threads eat into bandwidth for POSTMAN which is why I was pointing out that a thread had already started. If you enter the site via the home page there is a list of current threads and you may have spotted the message there. Or on the index page there are 2 links

these both highlight new posts and active topics - it saves starting new threads if we have 2 or 3 asking the same question.
