Not Recognised Barcodes

Today I've had loads of Recordeds and one Special that won't scan into the PDA, 'Invalid Barcode', what is the point of having these 'state of the art'

PDA's if they are not going to scan a RM barcode. All the items have started with AG or AR, if this is such a problem why introduce a new letter prefix.

Probably the bar codes didn't print sharp enough.

No its the new prefixes the PDA does not recognise them.

Software update downloading to all PDAs over next few weeks should resolve this - as well as adding a keylock function and opening up the Safeplace and Local Collect options for delivered items.

Have yo tried manually entering the barcode into the PDA?

Software updates should have ready a few weeks before the new prefixes were allowed on stream - not the other way around ( assuming there was at least one person with the gumption to organise an orgy in brothel

I had one of these this week but because I don't carry a card I just had to hand it over (it's difficult to do anything else when you're standing in front of the person attempting to scan in the barcode), over here we get Irish tracked items that don't require a signature and have never been able to be scanned and so are just put in as delivered by the PHG.

Is this the update that was supposed to happen in february ? Better late than never i guess.
