At the moment the Union is trying to clarify whether all the local dispute (nearly 500) will also have a seperate vote on any agreement on local issues, there may be a National Yes vote, But those local Offices in dispute will also get another vote on the local issue, so it had better be the deal they want, or the local disputes may well continue.
