if and when any agreements are concluded ,lets hope that unlike the 2007 agreements everything is clear when put down in writing and never again will we be subject to both sides having different interpretations of what was agreed.
the reason for this is clear after all the carry on about flexability and such.

Re: agreements
This can be very easily done. The vast majority of postal workers want it made absolutely crystal clear that,
A. Postal workers who currently give what Crozier demanded in 2007, they work all their contracted hours, are left alone, no bullying, no harrassment, to be forced to take on even more workload, making our job impossible to complete unless bullied and harrassed to do enforced overtime.
B. Any manager, in any unit, in any part of the country, who has used bullying, harrassment, intimidation, on any employee, is dismissed from their post. It simply will not do, that these waynekerrs are kept in situ.
Above all else, common sense must indeed prevail, and Royal Mail's executive wastes of space accept that "flexibility" cannot be forced on anyone, unless of course, Royal Mail's senior management are hell-bent on confrontation that will ultimately lead us to where we are today, in the midst of a national dispute.
