I only watched it for a few minutes but I was ready to throw something through my TV (and my wife has already told me that I'm not allowed to buy a new one ) but in the little bit I did see I picked this up 'if we call off the strikes then we can get to talking witch will last 2 months' so he just said that we will talk up to Christmas then we just carry on doing what we want after the pressure period

No calling off the strikes until there is a deal agreed that is to our benefit.

The worst part is that it looks like going to the TUC is going to be a complete waste of time because the agenda is still the same according to Croziers comment. "There is no going back." Also the comment of sorting things out over two months. Yeah right when we are at our strongest. Unless there is an agreement to discuss work loads, bullying & harrassment, misinterpretation of management in respect of flexing and other areas, I say there should be no going forward either.
