I hope the Union makes a stand and terminates they're membership, they have chosen not to support they're colleagues, and I do not wish to support them!!!

strike breakers are weak scum, and as such, are beloved by the likes of Crozier, Murdoch, Mandelson, and this labour government, who want to trample all over the rights of the working man and woman.
Treat strike breakers with contempt. Don't talk, laugh, or joke, with those vermin.

I don't think they'll be missing much if somebody such as yourself doesn't speak to them.

A scab is a dirty word, and possibly an archaic one at that. Some may say that its meaning has no role to play in this day and age, but seeing as there is no other apt word that one can apply to this sort of person, it must stick.

When I think of the person being called a scab, I think that that person has weighed up all the disadvantages to losing pay against making a stand. But, interestingly, I also see that a person who is unwilling to make any personal sacrifices, will always cite his, or her family's needs must come first.
We posties do things differently, but we still get shot at!

Dont worry...

Theres a further 60,000 job losses on the cards according to croziegheil.

Take heart from the look on their face when theyre handed their compulsory redundancy letter and they exclaim, "But I didnt go on strike!"

strike breakers really are the worst of the worst.

Not only are they earning a shed load from backlog overtime, us strikers are not being allowed it. I also suspect that some of my round was covered by a scab on friday as i saw letters on peoples floors on saturday who are obviously on holiday(i cant recall delivering to these addresses on thursday or wednesday!).

I almost hope to see us posties get shafted over, just to see the look on the faces of those strike breakers who cared so much at the time about the 2 hours of overtime they were offered during the strikes :Boo hoo! :Boo hoo! :Boo hoo! :Boo hoo!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
