overtime tomorrow
Heard that anyone who worked today can claim overtime tomorrow as its obviously gonna be heavy but us strikers wont and will have to leave mail if it makes us go over our time. That cant be right, surely thats victimisation.

No Overtime for us naughty strikers, strike breakers are fine!

Thats what happened last time, they wont let you claw back money lost from today. So much for getting the mail out, more interested in point scoring.

Re: overtime tomorrow
Mate I will be working to my time, if we can't do the overtime, than stuff them, because managers will have to finished off for me,as well as lots of others, they will be the ones that will be stuff, it be no going down to the pub or constant coffee breaks for them, that for sure

Re: overtime tomorrow
Same at our gaff. The managers have taken great pleasure in the past of letting it be known that only those who were on strike were denied overtime, in the face of a few grumbles and moans.
The word this morning was that even if they went on bended knees and begged nobodies working over tomorrow anyway.

Re: overtime tomorrow
So what if its left over to Monday, and again Tuesday, wednesday, Thursday, Friday, work your hours, work to rules, lock your bike every where you leave it, wear your cycle helmet, Weigh your bags. After all in their leaked document they intend giving the legal minimum to the union if they cannot get an agreement. Give them the legal minimum, they will get p-----d off quicker than we will.

The DOM can tell you what he wants doing, but he cannot make you go beyond your hours. Take it out and bring back what you haven,t been able to deliver. Tell him thats what you intend doing. If he wants it delivered he can do it himself or get one of his 'STRIKE BREAKERS' to do it on o/t
