crushing grapes is more in his line - we are more likely to be groped, fondled, stroked and goosed by him.

Probally and if he doesn't then the Tories will. Meanwhile our union will continue funding the Labour party.
I have withdrawn my funding, have you?

no over the years we have seen of bigger fish than mandelson, but if as seems likely the tories win the next election then the union will be faced with the biggest threat ever in the life of the union.

interesting - I wouldn't put it past him :hmmmm - there will be blood on the carpet after the General Election , talk of him getting a safe seat ; slight problem though - finding people to support it outside Islington :hmmmm

Word is that Blair had stuff on Brown that could be proved in court , Blair was just as compromised but he knew nothing could stick to him - Teflon Tony ! . As soon as Mandy returned , people in the party said he's got something on Brown :hmmmm

Part of the game plan would be having Blair as EU President , Mandy will behave himself to a point ! for the time being but watch this space . Prescott doesn't sound like a fan and even Billy Hayes isn't too enamored with him as they can all see what might happen :hmmmm .

New Labour have been very cynical by taking their traditional heartland support for granted ......again but all this trying to neutralize the Tory Party / appeal to Middle England / Daily Mail readers could backfire very badly :hmmmm

Even Brown is distancing himself from things a bit :hmmmm

the word is in the Labour Party is that Mandy just can't help himself , hence all the " resignations " - it's starting to look that way now as people are denying revenge and collusion for him now . It's simply not his style to be leader , his Young Communist's background means he slavishly serves a higher power be it Bliar , his European pay masters etc - just a glorified wheeler - dealer :hmmmm
