It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Reminds me of when the milkmen once had a go at parcel deliveries. People never got their heads around that one
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Not amazon and not this week but I regularly see parcels on people's doorsteps left by all manner of couriers, not belonging to the address where they have been left.

Saw a BT Hub left on the doorstep, right open to the public. Delivered by ParcelPost. Do they have different rules to us?

Re: Good luck Amazon!
A DHL driver today tried forcing a package into a letterbox today but I was really helpful and told him he could leave it and it would be OK
at the same time I wrote out a P739 for the same address
still he said that if he didn't leave it then he'd just have to deliver it tomorrow

We were told to always doorstep the BT hubs as it was part of the contract. Obviously try and find a safe place, but not to bring them back as BT had agreed to cover any losses resulting from doorstepped home hubs.Lincox wrote:Saw a BT Hub left on the doorstep, right open to the public.
