I HAVE SLAGGED OFF OUR UNION ON THIS BOARD A FEW TIMES,BUT CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE,DAVE WARD GOT IT ALL ACROSS VERY WELL LAST NIGHT.
HE MUST DO ALL INTERVIEWS BECAUSE HE IS FAR BETTER THAN STUTTERING HAYES.
TODAY ON DELIVERY WAS THE FIRST TIME MY CUSTOMERS HAVE CAME OUT AND ENGAGED IN CONVERSATION ABOUT THE STRIKE AND IT WAS ALL TOTAL SUPPORT.
LETS HOPE FOR A STRONG WALKOUT WITH DEL STAFF TOMORROW.
FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH PUBLIC OPINION AND PRESSURE FROM MPS AND FIRMS I CAN SEE US GETTING A RESULT.
WELL DONE LADS.

he comes across as very articulate and passionate regards whats going on in royal mail.hayes although not media friendly is i believe a good negotiator.passsion is one thing lacking in royal mails argument.

Also they must have seen RM's Mr Tolhurst who far from seeming reasonable seemed completely aggressive.Also there can hardly be a person in the country who would trust or believe anything Mandlecon says :mfo :cfo

Dave Ward is growing in stature as this goes on. He has a huge advantage over the other protagonists in this dispute, he only has to tell the truth,and his integrity shines through.
Any guesses how long before the media launch one of their dirty trick smear campaigns against him?

They already have. There's some threads on it a couple weeks back.
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

Nah thats a rehash from 2007, They'll be going through his bin, checking out his local take away, getting naked hookers to land on his face from 1st floor windows,finding 30 year old library cards that book out Das Kapital. :wink:

I couldnt hear BH on the 10 o clock news tonight! was just mumbling! But well done Dave Ward (regarding his BBC breakfast interview.).
