Well is this going to piss off some people as if you have a rotating day off you may have dodged Fridays strike and then you will dodge next Saturdays as well. Saving a fair amount of cash.

I know for a fact this will bring morale down.

Same result if you kept the same day - they have to keep moving it to try and spread the pain but on 1 dayers you will always get some hit more than others. If it is next Saturday that will be twice I have been hit and twice I'll be proud to take it.
