The reason you should strike buddy, because it gone to a national vote, what does that tell you? I went to a meeting last night, lots of changes are happening right across the country, it hasn't happen at our office, but it will and along with your office, make the most of finishing a hour earlier, as that will soon go out of the window, one of the changes that have been happening, staff losing their duties, some are being force to travelle 40 miles away, some have their contact hours cut down from 40 to 24, some lorry drivers have been removed from night duty on to day time duty and are being told to pick a duty, otherwise bully management will do it for them, a suggest reading lots of threads on this forum for your information.

My office has 75% of people that come in before their time. The union have repeated to members by not coming in early but it's still happening, unfortunately.

My office has 75% of people that come in before their time. The union have repeated to members by not coming in early but it's still happening, unfortunately.

I joined 2 years ago when the strikes were kicking off

My office is the same, I get in at 6 and there are idiots already thrown up

If you have to ask why you should strike, maybe you should just go in to work tomorrow and when the preverbial sh*t hits the fan you can think back to the day you posted on a forum asking why you should go on strike.

People finish 'early' in my office too. They come in early, jump walls, cut corners wherever they can and they sure as hell don't take a break.
I don't finish an hour early every day because I don't come in early, don't jump walls, don't run around like a headless chicken and pretty much do my job as I should. I am considered 'slow' by some staff members. F'ing idiots.
