Strike Breakers

I have seen it on apost on the board, but i cannot find it again!!
Please someone advise the best alternative to the use of the term 'scab', as in our place anyone who calls anyone that, gets in the s**t!!
What about 'Blackleg'?

You need to be very careful, it will be classed as bullying and harrassment, best thing is to have nothing to do with em, they will know that they are a scab and so will they're family and friends.

There is a limit to what anyone can call someone,you have to be very carefull nowadays with all this political correctness etc.I have known people to call strikebreakers strike breakers on picket lines and found themselves in big trouble with management facing charges of gross misconduct.Remember they will look after strikebreakers during strikes and attack those who abuse them where proven,so be very very carefull when on picket lines.

We had a Polish lad working with us during the last strike,on a temporary contact, trying to earn enough money to put himself through college in Poland.
On the strike day, management presumed he would work.
He stood next to me on the picket!

i no longer work for royal mail,im a civvy now lol,so if i wish to go visit my m8s on the local picket and a strike breaker walks by i will call him a scab

Part time or full time, as I have said MANY TIMES BEFORE, we are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.

It pisses me off that Royal Mail brought in part time contracts and have tied to devide the workforce. Do not less this happen. I am part time and I'll be joining my brothers/sisters on Friday.

Would this be acceptable: When a strike-breaker crosses the Picket-line, someone can have a mouthful of vegetable soup and makeout that they are being sick as the strike-breaker passes by.
