Can ah ask ye what Blueboy means?

Heard a few guys in the office say it 'Blueeeboyyyyy' ( not to me - at least ah dont think so )

Is it just another name for a 'Blue shirt' i.e a postie?
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
