its funny you say that cos a bloke at our office with childcare agreements was recently sacked for putting letters back in the letter box, no1 saw him do it and he swore it was a set up. Annoy your manager and everyday ask him if your clear to go, if you get the ok from a manager then they cant call you back as you can just say your line manager gave you the ok to go as you were all clear

what is your agreed finish time then if you start early? surely your agreed finish time allows you time to pick up your child, if so then dont be afraid to cut off then in future i bet you the managers let you out earlier, just say you had to cut off because you wasnt allowed to go early enough and if you can go before the missorts are complete and a manager gives them to your driver to give to you then you will deliver them.
