its about bloody time that the union exposed to the public what modernisation really means... the royal mail keep going on about modernisation but they will never come out with it publically what it means in terms of the service that will be provided, and it beggars belief that journalists, businesses and even politicians dont directly question what intentions has the royal mail got in going forward.

We all know wats gona happen, but we live it everyday, we can see the areas that the business is moving forward towards, and to b honest theres even some i agree with.. i.e van share, which for me will totally eradicate private cars on delivery and get most of the weight off our backs... but theres loads others that has to be negotiated and debated and this is what the union has to expose and put at the front of the agenda......
