The bullyboy Assistant DOM, victimisation and the solicitor.

Post by Sci_Dog »

Hello troops,

Hope you are well?

Well my bullyboy Assistant DOM has finally pushed me over the edge with his totally disrespectful attitude towards me. He currently has another conduct case opened against me which is 100% very petty and has no substance. However he wants to push it up the line. Union Rep can not believe he is trying to take it further.

Doctor has now signed me off with work related stress.

My first question is can I be seen out in public when off work with stress? Can I be seen at the pub, at the football with mates etc etc?

Second question is, can I use my own local solicitor to look into the case of victimisation? My Union Rep has told me quite clearly I have a case. However I have absolutely no faith in the Royal Mail system to deal with it. How can a Royal Mail manager from another office look into a bullying case against his manager colleague? It's quite clear they will look after one another. Can I bypass this joke of a system and get something done fast and urgent with my own solictor? Or do I have to exhaust Royal Mail's internal system first?

Any help as usual much appreciated.

If you are off sick, you do not have to be confined to your house.
if you are seen out anywhere even a pub, the manager can not do a thing about it.
Just because you are out and about does not mean you are well enough to work.

Despite what Royal Fail Dr Kildare Dom`s or assistant Dom`s say you can go about your `normal` daily things as it helps to reduce stress levels, infact alot of proper medical staff encourage you to do so,so if you go for a walk with the dog or go to the footy go as normal and stick two fingers up to the arsewipes.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

If you perceive it to be B & H mate - it is, and there's nothing management can do about it.

Thanks for all the info and replies so far guys and girls. It is most definitely victimisation. However still need someone to tell me if I can pursue this using my own solicitor and not Royal Mail's corrupt system.

Someone suggested a holiday?

Now there's a f**king though! LoL :nana  :dance :Sick

I think you've got to exhaust it all as a Tribunal could deem you to be a " trigger happy troublemaker " - I know it's cr** ! - RM would come out with all this superficial corporate cr** - basically to try & make sh** shine :hmmmm - However I would take things outside the PO so they can't close ranks :hmmmm - it's what scares the likes of that "individual" , a Solicitor would establish precise grounds on which to take action .

Really don't want to go through the process of using the corrupt Royal Mail system. I have no chance of defeating it. Managers being managers will stick together and it'll be me that'll get s**t on. Regardless of how much evidence I have to back my claim up, as you say norbet, they will use superficial corporate crap to make me look like the bad guy. How can a large government owned (well at the minute) company get away with using this absolute pathetic, corrupted system for bullying? They are playing with people's well being and emotions.

Problem was that RM went into it's usual panic mode after the Jermaine Lee suicide in Birmingham and that awful Harlow racist tribunal case . They had to sack managers as it was so embarrassing - however what most firms fear is a bitter , twisted manager with a chip on his shoulder taking them to court and damaging corporate image . A Birmingham Area manager actually took RM to tribunal for constructive dismissal .

So RM had to "discourage" people for pressing B&H charges as they were being inundated with claims - it didn't matter how vague , perverse , flimsy or obscure the RM counter claim grounds were  -to claim " in bad faith / vexatious / frivolous - usually b***ocks but ........

If you do go outside RM , be discreet as either that DUM or RM will come the c**t and twist things round - something to do with the Harassment Act 97 i.e. to alarm , distress or annoy - that law was set up to deal with serious stalkers FFS !

That has been threatened - " I have the might of RM behind me "  :arrrghhh - bit like a prison eh :hmmmm -

It's not if I go outside Royal Mail mate I am going outside. I have to. I can't use a flawed internal system. I would be letting myself down. I personally don't think Royal Mail should or would have any say if I used an outside solicitor? Surely as it's me that is being victimised I should be entitled to do and use whatever action I feel is appropriate? If Royal Mail say I have to exhaust the internal corrupted system before I can use an outside solictor, surely this is just another case of bullying? They are dictating how I will pusue my bullying case against them. Like seriously? What planet is Royal Mail managers on!?

Would the CWU solictors be used in an external way or with Royal Mail's corrupted internal way though?

Go through the motions with RM H&B as you've got to be one step ahead of them for a possible tribunal but contact a solicitor be it , Simpson & Miller or a private solicitor .

You're operating smarter than RM as they hope you'll be too ground down by their system to make any trouble for them outside the PO - that's their problem ! - torpedo them or double bluff them if you will .

Note everything down , record things discreetly etc .
