higgson just does not seem to get it does he all this executive action with no union involvement ,when will we go for 48hour stoppages,like higgson said the union offered to call of strikes if royal mail stopped there implications so what do royal mail do bring it in anyway,sooner we announce a 48 hour stoppage the better let him understand we aint taking this dikdat crap

When there was an offer made to Higson et al for 3 months without strikes to sort this lot out - they turned it down.
Only an unreasonable, childish, irresponsible management team would reject such an overture.
No use bleating on about it now Higgy - the strikes are YOUR fault!!! Learn some responsibility, accept that fact and deal properly with the matters in hand like an extraordinarily well paid adult should.
If you don't like it, leave.
