get them on ourside.
I WILL BE TALKING TO THE WHOLE OFFICE not just union guys

I am the rep but not long in the position the guys have had a revision done we are working long and shorts flexing where possible mostly on a Monday/Tuesday,4 people have left recently and replaced by 25 hour bag carring duties much against our wishes and disagreements have been placed.
at least 30 postman use their own vehicles and seemed to be oblivious to fact that it does not help our situation when hours are taken out.I regulary bang on about doing the job properly.
I have a copy of the leaked document and a copy of the document dealing with people that refuse to flex (taken off pay)
Give me some important bullitt points to get across the message about the importantance of taking action this coming Friday

have you arranged a gate meeting for this rich as your not allowed to call a meeting on royal mail premises. Would like to do the same in my office but where out on thursday and don't think i would be able to call/arrange a meeting at this short notice, would like to try and get the strike breakers on side.

I,ve had the Branch Sec down to get the Yes Vote and its going to be to short notice to get them down before Friday as we have a reps meeting on Tuesday.

This has all come about as the DOM got every together on Friday and asked them why they were striking as its just London blah blah playing up apparantly ,no one replied It was my day off so I need to educate asp!!!
