The members are the union, the officers are those elected by the members to represent them.

If you are not happy with the way you are represented use your voteto change things.

As a democracy though, you will have to accept the majority decision.

An excellent principle lets go for it, and since we are on the subject and since we are the workforce I think we would all agree that £3 million is a bit excessive for ADAM and as for the other top 4 sharing £10 million in bonuses ,I think we should trim that a bit too
