the dom at west one on friday offered sunday overtime to all strike breakers who would strike break now and in the future the union rep challenged this and was told this was for loyal staff the rep then asked what about the loyal service given by all the staff he got no answer and the dom got no takers for the overtime this is a low and nasty business which must be which should be treated with the contempt it deserves :lfo

Ive heard this has happened at other offices in the West London area. OT for strike breakers only (not going on the OT board) A low trick by management and when you have people with no morals unfortunatly they do get some takers. IMO its the ultimate insult to your workmates. If for whatever reason somebody does not adhere to striking, despite being in the union and the vote as a unit being for action, you have to begrudgingly accept that decision. However doing Sundays/nights to clear a backlog that has got RM back to the table when workers have lost days and days of pay to create it. Well you don`t need me to spell out how wrong that is.

Don't know what they could have done, not much IPS, mail just seems to backed up on the walks,
Managers all look knackered and pissed off, guess its a case of reaping what they sow, every new iniative brings more chaos, complaints through the roof and they've taken to not answering the phones,

It would probably be for delivering some of the backlog on Sunday.
They are bringing in managers from everywhere to try to clear London backlog,
but it's building up faster than they can clear it.
I saw a manager trying to deliver packets to a row of closed shops last Sunday. :left:
