Small offices not striking
In my area there is one large DO and 4 small (8 - 10 men) offices. At the large office we will have 100 per cent out on strike because there will be a picket, at the other offices NO ONE is staying at home or picketing, they will all be coming in to work. On the last strike management got mail to them and they delivered it. The message seems to be if there is no picket posties would rather work than strike. I think pickets should be organised at the small offices, but there are no plans to do this.

Send some members from your own D.O. and picket their offices....someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can put 2 members on the gate at each office....? Would defo take the wind out o their sails if they turned up and there was a picket-line...!! Good luck..!

Re: Small offices not striking
YOU NEED TO BE OUT AT THE GATE.....not only to deter your fellow workers from working during a strike , but also to let the public see that your office is actually interested in the national situation..!! And when they're passing by , educate them as to why you are taking IA...!!
