i just popped into the office to pick up my last load of parcles and all the dims were removing all the union strike literature including the infamous leaked document, and replacing it with there 'if you want to work we will help you' posters.
Are they allowed to do this???
And if i replace the missing stuff could i be walking into a minefield??
on a seperate note alot of the people who were talking of coming in next friday, after reading the leaked document are now fully behind the strikes

Re: removal of strike literature
i have seen them taking stuff down, even from CWU noticeboards, saying that anything which states managers are lying is illegal

Re: removal of strike literature
They are only stating the truth so they shouldnt be illegal

Re: removal of strike literature
I would be careful in replacing the litrieture as they may deem this as unlawful action , but there should be a CWU union board and you can put it back up on that, but not any other boards in the office.
I could be wrong but I am sure someone will say if I am

Re: removal of strike literature
If it is a CWU board then they can not stop us having info to do with us because we are a reconised union of the work force, dont put anything up on any other board though,i also advise that you are careful in what and how things are stated if it has any referance to managers being a little less than helpful then strike it out it saves trouble with someone taking offence.
