letters in amongst the flats (A4's) with those bloody sticker barcodes covering the customers name or address, the time it takes to get those things off each address must drastically impact on ips rates plus because they are amongst the flats it leads to double handling, where is the common sense in all this who dreams up this idea of modernisation :crazy:

Why letters in with flats ? EASY, fiddle the figures.

The flat sorting machine can sort some manual letters.

Today I peeled off one of those silly barcodes which was over the address on a flat letter & it actually took off the address luckily It still had the persons name visable & postcode & my 12yr knowledge of my round, i new were it went.
