I didnt manage to get my absorbtion done as I ran out of time

The DOM said this is my last chance, next time he will start the go slow procedure, 3 strikes = docked pay, my rep came in as i walked out to get him.

I said bring it on, i will lock my van everytime, seatbelt on, work from back of van etc. i said its rm guidelines and there is nothing you can do, he said thats not right i can

He said no i want you to carry on working as you have been doing the past few months, your performance is down blah blah

I lost it and went mental, he wouldnt listen and just spoke over me

Im the only guy in the office he said thats causing him a problem, and that mail is down he has the figures to prove :cfo

I told him i wouldnt trust him as far as i can throw him

Im so f****d off I really am , I didnt take the piss, it was a busy day and i had lots of parcels, took my ful break,

he kept saying "you didnt get your duty done and you cut off"
i said "no i got my duty done, just not your free bit"

the guy is a twat of epic proporions
