hi i have just been informed by some members of staff in our office that because they start at 5am and the strike starts at 6am then they have to work and cannot walk out???????
please could someone confirm this as i feel really annoyed that i will lose pay when others wont even we all voted yes to strike

The strikes will prob start at 3am,that is usually what happens,tell thm not to panic.

what if ure on holiday on due strike dates? do u still get paid or do royalmail try and rob u of ure wages or that days holiday?

If you are off sick / holiday / special leave ect , you will still be payed.

But Rm will count you as coming in just to make it look like more people are breaking the strike than actually are
