Don't fill them in, they do nothing about them so why bother with them.

If you do fill them in, be careful, don't just tick 'strongly disagree' with everything. The tricky bu****s have been known to twist the questions around eg.
Your manager is not the nicest, kindest, most intelligent individual to walk the Earth since Jesus. Strongly agree, agree, don't bloody think so, disagree, strongly disagree (circle 1 answer).
Do as someone did, cross out the 'don't know' heading in the middle column and write 'don't care' then tick all the way down.
Or just randomly select your answers, you've never seen any bullying, but your manager deals effectively with it, but remember to have fun!
