Re: STRIKE DATES SET
I heard they were being set today and told to union reps but not announced until tomorrow. Could be as early as this Thursday or Friday (notice was given on the day of the yes vote).
At least, that is what I heard.

Re: STRIKE DATES SET
Possible but unlikely as they have to give 7 days by law and RM would have leaked it by now.Spedley wrote:I heard they were being set today and told to union reps but not announced until tomorrow. Could be as early as this Thursday or Friday (notice was given on the day of the yes vote).

Re: STRIKE DATES SET
I hear the smart money is on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday next week (one function each day). Not sure about that. Means we have to cross picket lines, people taken off pay etc. Would have prefered all out together. Still, let's get fighting against Royal Mail and the government anyway.

Re: STRIKE DATES SET
It will mean crossing picket lines mate but it will be hurting RM more - thats what we all need to keep in mind. Minimum loss to us and maximum pain to RMhackneyjoe wrote:I hear the smart money is on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday next week (one function each day). Not sure about that.
