Imagine the scales of justice if you will but rename them the scales of phase 3.
On one side we absorbing work and on the other we have worklife balance and reasonable local earnings level, all three are part of phase 3 and need to be in balance.
However it seems RML do not understand this and absorbing work has become a 1 kg weight whilst worklife balance and earnings have become 1/2 a gram each.

Life in RM does seem a bit lop-sided doesn't it.
Perhaps that's why DOMs stand with their head cocked to the side, staring down the IPS aisle, to make things seem balanced. How do you explain the puzzled, sour expression though?

It also explains the need for copious coffee to counteract the pain killers for post op recovery, and the constant need to be supported by Yorkies.
