TALKSPORT

Post by ldsposti »

Hi all i dont know if any of you listened in to george galaway on friday night 10 til 01.00 he had a phone in on our dispute and i must say listening to that was a very good show a few posties phoned in and they all came across very well and i think our points made a few people think, of course there was a few members of the public said that what we was doing was wrong and we have a easy life but i admire george when he told them why we are about to strike a few changed thier minds and he had a guy on from some big business who knows what is going on he told the listeners about all the bullying and other things that are going on and in the end what he was saying is that we need new managers who know how to treat thier staff and what we was doing was for the whole workforce of this country. i wish there was some way of getting a recording of this show and play it in every office then morale would be up and we would all stand up as one.
i say bring it on :cfo this is your downfall :cfo :cfo :cfo

I heard the Parry and Townsend phone in about the strikes on Thursday or Friday between 11 and 12. Mike Parry seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on, especially about DSA. They were quite supportive too and again the posties who phoned in were very well informed and lucid in their arguments. Some businessman from Birmingham was having a go at us though so it wasn't all in our favour!
