any where doing this yet has we have been told we are going to be a test office for this next year so hows it work how many to a van and how long the walks going to be

We have two to a van and 4.5hr walks . By the way it doesn't work they have really f#cked up big time.

How do you get 9 hours worth of mail plus 2 posties in a van (This isnt a joke - so no punchline). It would be too heavy for the van surely?

It depends on the van. Perhaps they're using a Transit/LDV type van, rather than a small one, because of the size of the deliveries.

If you are earmarked as a 'testing site' you can be guaranteed that you will be adopting it full-time .. and it won't matter if it is a complete and utter disaster.

It works on paper so it has to work in the real world ... (would RM :cfo lie to you?)
