Does Crozier actually know what is going on in mail centers/delivery offices? :cfo or does he actually think that everything is rosey :cfo I no then as CEO he should be sacked :cfo and if yes he should be sacked :cfo

in our office, cut off s are done by over staffed sometimes, ???????? how can you be over staffed, and some of these come in on there days off, to do cut off's, how s this possible, plus some come from other offices to do it on overtime, how, anybody know s how does management cover this up, plus some does it on top of there round, for carrot held in there faces,

Our last 3 DOMs got the sack for covering up failures. In fact, I can't remember any management in the last 7 years that was not moved on against his/her will. No, honestly!
I can't rememeber that last time I didn't see at least 3,000 letters left in the frames in our office (based on 1500 per full walk)
And, more to the point ... what is this about there being a frame to declare cut-off/failures?
