Are we to late?

Post by heathrow86 »

Having read some of the press reports about us today, it seems that no-one is in favour of our strike action. Maybe as was muted on this forum earlier this year, perhaps we should of had a national strike in the summer when perhaps we would of had more support. Back then alot of us were being subjected to executive action and are still operating under imposed duties. Instead of the localised strikes, which to me do not seem to have worked.

Now its the management who seem to be being supported.

 Do not agree we do not have some support-in recent weeks some papers have at least given out a more balanced
view of what the strike is all about-and although folks may not support the strke as such--more and more of my customers are at least indicating they understand WHY we are striking---and that is half the battle.

The 'backlog' which is here right now....is becauce of the local/regional IA..!! And it HAS been effective....mail is being diverted all over the place to anyone who'll have it(which is pure f***ing annoying)...!! :no no These members in DO's/MC's have had no other option until now, hopefully the National is here to amend all our situations...!!! As for timing....can you tell me a time for IA that the public would actually like....they'd complain whenever we did it...!! Ok Xmas may be a time that could make or break us......but I'd rather go down kickin an screamin that just roll over....!!! :nana :nana
