Was talking to another rep a moment ago and they said they were surrounded by 4 managers earlier (one of them getting angry) saying that we were going to be the cause of the Mail Centre closing down...WTF

Do they not realise that sooner or later irrespective of CWU their bosses will look at streamlining the mail centre network in the Eastern Region?

Tell 'em they should have HONOURED (if they know what that means) the 2007 agreement. That way, we wouldn't be having Strikes! :d'oh! :arrrghhh :evil/mad

And while you're at it: Put in grevancies against them, for intimidation!

Just heard that they said they will be coming after 21% of the MC workforce next year.

This is a typical RM strategy but i dont believe the cwu are angels. :angel
