Change over,do we HAVE to have them.

Post by POSTMAN »

Got a query regarding change overs, there are people in my place that have not had one,yet are driving maxus vans.
Is this right,or does it not matter anymore?

Changeover should be for Maxus. Smaller vans afaik don't need one as they say it's like driving your normal car. It needs flagging up with your transport manager through your rep in the weekly SI.

we've been told that if you've had a UK licence for 3 years we don't need the change over

If I were at work this week I'd check this for you on the RM Intranet but I'm off this week. I'm sure there must be something on there about this.
