ATOS without consent

hi all got a got abit of a problem. Iwas off with stress about the 3rd time this time for 43 days got a call from asst dom each week checking if i was ok. DR tried some pills to get me out of the strees/anx but warned me they would make me feel worse for a time ,this was the second week the asst dom rang asked how i was i told him the pills made me feel worse ,he said i cant have this im refeering you to Atos and slammed the phone down.they phoned me but got no answer the asstdom said .i was there i heard nothing.the asstdom phoned me and said atos have phoned you pick up pick up.i have been on nights for ten years now my wife told ntl not to allow withheld numbers through ,the arse dim didnt accept this .so 14 days became 43 days .hes a bully. 1st stage warning issued.4 mnths latter off with back pain 6 days 06/07/09-11/07/09 aod indstrial injury.next off with swine flue Drs diagnosis,triggers stage 2 ,wants to know now if im covered by dda over the last 10 years they have been told i am but still keep aski now and feel realy at my witts end how can i stop these bullys.ps last year i was was of with stress for 2 weeks and got 3 sp deliverys and a letter asking why i didnt reply.whats the point of living ive had enought i feel realy down i take 200 pain killers a month perhaps that the way out all i want to do is work.....................................................

Sorry to hear of your troubles--keep fighting and your dom has a duty to support you through stress, not harrass you.

Have a look at this and good luck some managers just don't seem to care about their employees health and that's a disgrace.

thanks stokes+geezer the trouble is they havnt got a clue. i told my Dr what the asst dom said he was amazed that RM MANAGERS went to med school for 7 years.you both have opened my eyes im not in the wrong he is, going to nail his balls to the mast after i read the article you posted about stress management . i feel angry now instead of stressed THANKS....

can the same manager give you you a 2nd wa rning when the back the 1st warning back to work shows because of his actions made me stay off longer this is all in writing at HR . HE READ IT SO AM I IN THE s**t OR CAN I REQUEST ANOTHER MANAGER?
