Have just heard from a customer who operates a business, and relies on Royal Mail for collections, and she has said that she has heard we will be setting a 1KG limit for mail sent through October, to help deal with the backlog. Is there any truth to this, or is it just a misunderstanding?
Sounds nuts, but nothing would surprise me with this outfit.
