OUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW

Post by dejavu »

Is anyone else gettin a bit pissed off when everyday you get asked by cutomers what is goin on? Why are you so late? Why are they striking? Is it coz of money? Some lookin at you as if your just takin the piss :Boo hoo! , until you explain what you think is really goin on. " Sorry love im afraid the RM couldnt give a s**t what time you get your mail. They care as much for you as they do about me  . They certainly dont want me spendin 2 minutes talkin to the old dear at no.4 to make sure shes alright as she never sees anyone or cant get out anymore. Its a business not a service  "
Its a shame the way the company is bein run, we were once a valued part of the community, now were a business and there is no time for that, that doesnt make money. A letter should be wrote to our customers and tell them exactly what is goin on instead of RM comin on the tv everytime a strike happens and simply say were bein unreasonable and wont conform to help them modernize.

Some businesses have been closed or were closing by the time i got there, told them thats just the way it is with RM policy. They can pick the mail up at the office if they want it earlier. Complaints were received back at the office but a lot of people are pickin their own mail up now. Saves me a drop :nana

This is another thing. With all the mail being delivered late around the country and the strikes, why arnt the newspapers and tv news taking an interest to find out why this is happening and report what is really goin on? :hmmmm

your right on 2 fronts. u speak for everyone when you say thats how we all feel, and secondly u speak for me when you speak about ur rm rant. im exactly the same, i know im boring but i try my upmost to get the point across, but i know they dont care about what i or royal mail say, they just want thier mail. its frustrating.

This is so refreshing I thought that I was the only one that ranted to my customers, I have been doing it so long they must know they are going to get a rant when they ask about the strikes yet they still do it..........maybe it is to wind me up for the day..........oh well at least they are made aware and I usually find when they are told exactly what is going on they are sympathetic.
