as some people waver about the vote what they have to remember is that this years cuts are only the start,even the offices that have had geo routing will have to be prepared for further cuts next year.
every message from them seems to carry the same crap 10% DOWN for letters etc, this is the time for everybody to stand and fight it will be tough for some money wise if we strike butif we dont do anything they will decimate the job further than at present.

id say a lot of offices are at bursting point now
and the 10% has been replenished in other areas.
imo they make more cuts the whole opperation will go into meltdown.

I don't think they will care regarding the size of rounds, you will be bullied & harassed to finish - NO CUT OFFS! or threatened with taken off pay.
