Would it not be better to hand them out on the gates or is this deemed just as bad?

You are allowed only if you show management but be prepared for them to ask you to edit it which they did with one of ours a few weeks back seems they don't like the terms Bullying or Harrassment so we had to get them reprinted with a large portion of our message missing.
How ever every one got the unedited version from our branch the same day which works for us :dance :dance :dance .
Now every thing we want to put out go'es through the branch for posting to members.
I'd rather have Lockheed deliver the mail than ride around in a plane built by the post office

We hand out loads of stuff at my place,i think it depends on your managers.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

All leaflets now get handed out on the gate, also any CWU meetings outside the building  Sucks :no no
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

The DIMs here are total hypocrites !!
I handed some out , was told to collect them all in again because the leaflets had the words " VOTE YES " on them.
DIM said it was "persuading" :left: (as if any was needed :Very Happy ) the members to vote yes.
Later in the day was shown a letter from a RM manager in the Courier newspap that was headlined VOTE NO .
Stormed in office , threw it in front of him and said to the DIM "Whats the difference ?? ".......no answer ! RESULT.

We also have RM propaganda on the boards in front of the signing on sheets with the words VOTE NO .
The rep has been told not to put anything on the CWU board.
Pile of S***E !!
we love Parcels......
.....love backhealing them !!!
