I love it when people argue that we shouldn't be striking when they don't even know what we are striking for.

If I had a penny each time someone came up to me and said that I should just get on with my job rather than striking, or that their unemployed family member deserves my job and wouldn't strike, then I wouldn't need a pay rise!

He just rambles on - did he have a point apart from demonstrating his complete lack of respect for us. Apparently 80% of us complete sh***s - and he wonders why posties get upset.

I thought his comments were a bit rich coming from someone living in a cardboard box - I presume that was his front door behind him. I understood him to say he had lived all over Scotland and that is a fact I didn't find surprising.
