this was taken one of the performance management magazines that we get to deliver quarterly and quite literally this is it word for word. when we were sorting we were joking which catergory we fit in,looks like royal management were doing the same.

The really scary part is that there is no wiggle room at all. Its all the fault of the person they are speaking to regardless of other factors, Reading between the lines they will ignore environmental and procedural failings which they alone are responsible for.
