prep test

Post by shadow »

If you are part-time and they threaten you with a prep test, as they did me just tell them that they can do it all they want cause it means nothing as I'm employed to DELIVER the mail not prep it. :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle

Training whats that. I did take a test online, but that was it. Anyway they left me alone after I said that. My walk is supposed to be sorted for me end off.

so if you never do the test you can never do overtime to sort or prep delivery as you have never met the standards

That is correct I don't do any sorting unless it's leftovers for my own walk. I'm happy with that.

What about them. Been told to prep them in my own time which I don't agree with as the full timers have time in their duty to do. I don't.

Yeah yeah blah blah. I'm also one of the first to strike and stand up for my fellow workmates. I think you will find carrying the mail to the doors is the hard part of the job.

:hmmmm I'm not too sure how you can be prep tested if you don't usually do it :hmmmm I don't see how you can be tested on IPS if you don't do it :hmmmm

Just ask them those 2 questions and then ask for training if they want you to do those 2 tasks.

They didn't actualy want me to do it. It was just a threat to see my reaction, to worry me enough to stop cutting off. I called their bluff and it worked.
