This is probably a specialist question and many may not know the answer but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
There was an OPSFLASH last April which stated that the retention time for tracked items was being downgraded to 14 days but customers must first be informed of that fact - now I am sure that the DOM handed me a note some time later that the 14 day period came into force on either 1st June or 1st of July - I am getting on a bit and it is possible that I dreamt it - though why I should be dreaming of RM is beyond me ............... anyway has anybody any information relevant to the 14 day period.

Re: TRACKED ITEMS
I've never heard of that, on my P739s it still says 'We will keep recorded items for 1 week and everything else 3 weeks' so until those change I can't see how they can just change it.

Re: TRACKED ITEMS
Thanks for that gents - see I knew I wasn't having wet dreams over this - and escargot you weren't too slow on the trail - I now remember seeing new 739 boxes with the words "Do not use before 29th June" - hence the commencement of 1 July.
