It may have been removed, if it's likley to cause a lot of trouble. If people can't find it, they can't prove what it contains.

If in doubt, use the Packet template on a DBF to determine whether a Packet is proper to Pouch Delivery OR Motorised Delivery. For Multiple packets to a single address or High volumes of Special Delivery packets that could ‘bulk out’ the first pouch. Speak to you your line Manager.

Andy any chance you can print one off then post it on here unfortunately i dont or they wont give me access to the intanet site its hard enough trying to get on a pc to type up letters in my office

Sorry, I don't have access to the Intranet. That's why I was asking if it was still there. I do have first hand knowledge, of Managers being creative in their interpretation of things (the DDA). And then getting very annoyed, when confronted with the evidence. What's worrying me, is could that be what happened here?
Particularly as you said that you had detqails of where to find it. But your Manager can't find it.

I'm not suggesting that he could have deleted it. But if people elsewhere, have been causing problems, because they have access to the information. It could have been deleted to prevent anyone else getting their hands on it.

I'd suggest a case of the manager not bothering to look myself, it is quite easy to find.

cheers postman but this is the docunment ive already presented to him and he asked were i got it from. Oviously i didnt put him onto this site but told him were he could find it i think its very convient that he cant find it..

This was on the intranet yesterday, still official policy.

Cheers chaps letter just typed up for 2moz will be handing in asap with a 7 day written deadline lets just see what happens im taking it that SOP is a fairly recent document and is still in use by R/M . As i dont wan tit to be a case of O WE DONT USE THAT DOCUMENT ANY MORE AS ITS AN OLD ONE.

Strange that - it has been used so many times by managers I think they believe there has actually been new agreements or SOPs but when you ask them to provide the document lo and behold it doesn't exist outside of their small mind.
