Well lapsing has reared its ugly head again at our office !!
Van drivers made to lapse a duty and not able to complete their own or are told to lapse and just leave the packets.
Yorkies of packets wheeled to one side and left , some are dated the 14th , first class recorded and still there !!
DIMs have people lapsing knowing full well that they cut off !!
Its totally mad :crazy:

Now why did I vote yes ?? !! :nana
we love Parcels......
.....love backhealing them !!!

we have had yo carry on monday and tuesday should have finished 1st week in sept managers holding mailsort back on these days so we can make it work then they pay people overtime wed an thurs to pile it all out its a joke what they are doing many walks get left in. :sad:

thats bad ,i am normally one of the last to leave ( due to not being the rushing type :cuppa ) but i have never seen walks getting left behind in the office :shock:

Totally agree. Yesterday i finished my walk with ten mins of normal time left then drove 6 miles to do my lapse of about 20 mins. Returned to the office and booked 30 mins overtime. Simple :Very Happy . However some are still rushing around, using cars , finishing past time and not booking it :crazy: Madness :crazy:
My manager is NOT happy with me booking (i am the only one) but as yet too scared to challange it as they know i will cut off :Very Happy :Very Happy
