Join the demo on the 29th Sept

Post by Martin Walsh »

The 29th Sept will be the biggest strike day yet . A significant number of areas have now requsted action including offices from all these divisions the South West , South Central , Anglia, Midland , London and all the VOCs and RDCs have now put in for action.

In London we have hired two double deckers coaches to go to Brighton to demonstrate at the labour party conference. All London postal workers are invited to come just inform your Branch.

Lets make sure we put the labour party under pressure.

In addition all London members and reps are invited to a meeting on Wednesday 23rd September at Friends House Euston at 13.30 its a strike day. We have invited Bob Crow , Paul Kenny , Mark
Serwotka , Matt Wrack ,Dot Gibson, as well as Billy, Dave , Bob , Terry and Martin plus the Divisional Reps. This meeting will give you an update on Talks as well.

We look forward to seeing you.

I'd love to attend the jolly to Brighton but can't go, theres barely enough people on our picket line, last time it looked like we were all having a smoke break there was that few of us
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
